The Court:- This is an application for grant of Probate of the last Will and testament dated April 2, 2024, left behind by the above-named deceased. The mother of the deceased pre-deceased him. The testator is survived by 3 legal heirs who have been described in paragraph 9 of the application. One of them (being the wife of the testator) is the executrix and the applicant. The other two have consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by one of the attesting witnesses. Having regard to the above and since the file has been placed before this Court by the Registrar Insolvency for grant, upon complete scrutiny by the department, therefore, considering the view of the department, the application for grant of probate is allowed by passing orders in terms of prayer (a) of the application. PLA/371/2025 stands disposed of.
