This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following reliefs:- “That in the light of the above facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to call for the case records in order No.222(10)/3-D-Dkl(M), dtd.20.02.2025 (Annexure-5) and further issue Rule Nisi as to why the order in Annexure-5 shall not be quashed and the Trust created by the Hereditary Marfatdar & Others shall not be appointed as Non- Hereditary Trusties on fresh application, and may pass any such order (s)/ direction (s) as would be deemed fit and proper. And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Burma, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4. Mr. Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State as well as Mr. Nath, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 does not have any objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh one with better particulars within a period of one month from today. (K.R.
