This issue pertains to the year of 2013. The counsel for the petitioner submits that they do not have instructions from the petitioner regarding the present state of affairs. Considering the passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in this Writ Petition may not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to re-agitate the issue in case the need arises. No order as to costs.
