Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1661 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 303(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. On 10.10.2024, motorcycle of the Informant bearing registration no. JH 19E 8658 parked outside Lawalong Bazar, was stolen away by unknown persons. Later on, the Informant came to know that some accused persons were trying to dismantle his motorcycle in the garage of 2. the petitioner Ravindra Kumar Sahu. The Informant went to the garage of the petitioner Ravindra Kumar Sahu and with the help of general public, apprehended the petitioners and they were handed over to the police. 4. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioners, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that none of the petitioners has got criminal antecedent. 5. It was submitted that offence alleged is triable by a court of Judicial Magistrate and charge has been framed in this case. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Lawalong P.S.
