GP FOR ENDOWMENTS (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or Direction declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action against the 4th respondent as per the representations dated 08.11.2016 and 15.11.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to take immediate action as per the representations, and to pass ..”. 2. None appears for the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments is present. 3. On hearing, learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that earlier the petitioners has filed W.P.No.27781 of 2018 before this Court seeking to declare the action of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking action against the illegalities committed by Respondent No.5 therein in the management of Respondent No.4 and also demolishing the rooms constructed by petitioners father in the year 1991 as illegal and arbitrary. This Court after hearing the both sides dismissed the said Writ Petition vide order, dated 17.08.2021 as the fresh construction was made with the approval of the Devasthanam. The learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.27781 of 2018, dated 17.08.2021, no cause of action survives in the present Writ Petition and it may be closed. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
