Petitioner has moved this writ petition with the complaint of having not been paid retiral benefits.

At this stage,
learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 06.11.2025 and on that basis submitted that save and except the interest component, all admissible retiral benefits stand released in favour of the petitioner.

This position is acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that interest component on account delayed payment of retiral benefits will be paid to the petitioner within six weeks.

Taking note of the above, this writ petition is
disposed of with direction to the respondents to clear the interest liability towards the petitioner on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits, within six weeks from today i.e. on or before 23.12.2025.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
