ML 134 0077..0099..22002266 Ct. No. 05 adeb WPA 23294 of 2025 Satter Ali Mondal Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Satter Ali Mondal … petitioner (In person) Mr. Shatarup Purkayastha …for the respondent no. 10 1. Petitioner appears in-person and submits that private respondent nos. 9 and 10 are trying to dispossess the petitioner of the property and those private respondents are encroaching said property of the petitioner. Petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities to take steps which would dissuade respondent nos. 9 and 10 from encroaching property in question. 2. However, on query being posed to the petitioner it is not demonstrated that complaint was lodged before the concerned police authorities neither copy of the complaint is annexed to this writ petition. 3. In absence of complaint being disclosed in this writ petition order as prayed for ought not to be passed. 2 4. Hence, present writ petition is disposed of thereby granting liberty to the petitioner to approach concerned police authorities, if situation so arises. 5. Parties to act on server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
