Heard Sri N. Ram Babu, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri CH. B.R.P. Sekhar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri V. Sai Kiran,
learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
2. Sri V. Sai Kiran, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat, has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Vanukuru, dated 09.04.2025. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record.
3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Gram Panchayat has identified that some portion of the public property has been encroached by the Writ Petitioner and that the Writ Petitioner was orally informed about the encroachment. In Para No.5 of the Written Instruction, it is stated that the said

encroachment made by the Writ Petitioner is liable to be evicted by following the due process of law.
4. Having regard to the above facts of the case and the Written Instruction, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law, if any coercive steps are sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioner in the future.
5.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No order as to costs.
6.Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
