The instant Application under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act has been filed praying for condonation of delay of 211 days in filing the connected MAC Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 05.05.2025 passed by the learned MACT, Kohima in MAC Case No.01/2018. 3. The reasons for the delay have been set out at paragraph 6 of the application. This Court has gone through the application and pleadings thereon and find that the applicants have been able to show sufficient cause for the delay of 211 days in filing the connected MAC Appeal. Moreover, the learned counsel for the Claimant/Respondent also has no serious objection regarding the condonation of delay. 4. In view of this facts and circumstances mentioned hereinabove, the instant application is allowed and the delay of 211 days in filing the connected appeal is condoned. 5.
