Having heard the learned Advocates representing the respective parties and upon perusal of the averments made in those applications, I am satisfied with the explanation offered towards the delay in preferring the application for restoration and towards the absence of the learned advocate representing the petitioner on 04.07.2022, when the writ petition was dismissed for default. In view thereof, both the applications are allowed. 2 Delay in preferring the application for restoration is accordingly condoned. The order dated 04.07.2022 is recalled. The writ petition being WPA 331 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number. In Re : WPA 331 of 2020 Heard the learned Advocates representing the respective parties.
