The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 102/2025, for the offences registered under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 22.05.2025, informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Pobi More. The Miscreants looted Rs. 5,000/-, jewelries and other articles from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
