The above writ petition is filed impugning the show-cause notice vide Rc.No.3387/A2/2022, dated 10.12.2024 (Ex.P9) issued by respondent No.6, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services—II submitted the proceedings issued by respondent No.6 vide Rc.No.3387/A2/2022, dated 16.12.2024, in which the petitioner was removed from service after considering the explanation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the proceedings issued by respondent No.6 vide Rc.No.3387/A2/2022, dated 16.12.2024, before the appropriate firm. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings by respondent No.6 vide Rc.No.3387/A2/2022, dated 16.12.2024 before the appropriate firm.
