GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following Common Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2 2. The first writ petition was filed for taking steps to collect the CCTV footage for the dates 10.03.2017 and 12.04.2017 from the Hon’ble High Court at Hyderabad as per the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2017 and 28.04.2017 and the second writ petition is filed to quash the Crime No.82 of 2017 on the file of Bucchireddypalem Police Station, SPSR Nellore District against the petitioners. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the said crime was charge sheeted dated 31.12.2019 and it is pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kovur. 4. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in these writ petitions, as the reliefs have became infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
