Order No. 04 Dated: 26.03.2025 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the Commissioner, South Chhotanagpur Division, Ranchi (the respondent no. 2) to stay the execution proceeding of M.P. Case No. 01 of 2023 pending in the court of the Rent Controller-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Ranchi (the respondent no.4) till pendency of J.B.C. Revision No. 17 of 2023-24 before the respondent no. 2. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that J.B.C. Revision No. 17 of 2023-24 is at the stage of final hearing before the respondent no. 2 and the same has been ordered to be listed on 07.04.2025. The petitioner has apprehension that in the meantime, he may be evicted from the shop in question by the respondent no. 4 in connection with M.P. Case No. 01 of 2023. 2 W.P.(C) No. 534 of 2025 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that J.B.C. Revision No. 17 of 2023-24 was filed by the petitioner in the month of May, 2023 itself and there is nothing on the record to suggest that the petitioner has ever prayed for interim order before the revisional authority i.e., the respondent no. 2, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Ritesh/
