In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the claim of the applicant has been decided and rejected by order dated 25.04.2025. It has been held in the aforesaid order that the applicant had never worked as Maid in the institution. The order dated 25.04.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. As the order passed by the writ court has been complied with by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 25.04.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
