Vimla and others), arising out of case crime No. 1059 of 2017, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 25.5.2018 and order dated 26.9.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, whereby discharge application has been rejected. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
