GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in regularizing the petitioner’s service in respondent No.5 School by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.02.2024, 05.03.2024, 28.03.2024 & 14.08.2024 respectively, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. A counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent No.4. Along with the counter affidavit, the proceedings issued by respondent No.4 vide SRS,J W.P.No.30382 of 2024 Rc.No.1485/C2/2024, dated 28.12.2024 was annexed, whereby the authority rejected the claim of the petitioner. 4. Given the developments, pending the writ petition, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued by respondent No.4 vide Rc.No.1485/C2/2024, dated 28.12.2024, if aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
