The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 303(3), 317(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. On 31.08.2025 at about 4:45 p.m., Domchanch Police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a truck bearing registration No. JH02BV- 6941 and seized several pipes from the said vehicle. It was submitted that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but his name has transpired in the confession of co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Domchanch P.S.
