The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tandwa PS Case No.147 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and the altercation took place due to land dispute and both the sides have received injuries and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.14 of the petition.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there.
5. Considering that there are case and counter case between parties and both the sides have received the injury and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chatra, in connection with Tandwa PS Case No.147 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita,
