Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State. 2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R Case No.907 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Sambalpur, arising out of Bareipali P.S. Case No.77 of 2025 for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 126(2)/296/115(2)/118(1)/3(5) of BNS. 3. Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer for pre- arrest bail of Petitioner No.1. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of Petitioner No.1 stands rejected. 5. So far as the prayer for pre-arrest bail of Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 is concerned, since they are stated to be juvenile in conflict with law, it is directed that on production before the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, consequential steps in accordance with Section 18 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 shall be taken. 6.
