JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 31/01/2025 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that during the pendency of the above noted PIL: the impugned Rajasthan Gaztte Notification No. एफ 15(1) पनरठन/ व व/ पर / 2019/3017 dated 15.11.2019 published on (2 of 2) [CW-21765/2019] 16.11.2019 up to the extend whereby new gram panchayat aniyala of panchayat samiti-Boli District Sawai Madhopur was constituted by including village aniyala and kiratpura from the gram panchayat nimod and taranpur may kindly be quashed and set aside. Therefore thereby directing the respondents to exclude the name of the gram kiratpura from newly consituted gram panchyat aniyala and the state authority may be directed to start the immediate process of excluding the name of gram kiratpura immediately in the interest of general public. Any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and favourable to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed. None present on behalf of the petitioner even in second round. We have gone through the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, the same relates to re-constitution of Gram Panchayat in the year 2019.
