The learned Government Pleader for Services-IV appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the Order passed by the erstwhile Tribunal in O.A.No.4291 of 2012, dated 20.06.2012 was implemented by the 2nd respondent and the payment was made on 20.02.2025. For which, the 2nd respondent filed an affidavit vide U.S.R.No.21426 of 2025, which shall be made as part of the Court record. 3.
