At the outset, Sri Shashank Sekhar Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that during the course of investigation, vide C.D. No. 4 dated 11.02.2025, Sections 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, have been added by the Investigating Officer. 4. At this stage, Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application. 5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Let the certified copy of the documents, if any, be returned to the counsel for the applicants as per the Rules of the Court.
