ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
"a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations 19.07.2024 is produced as Annexure-B.
b) Issue such other writ order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the fact of the case by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner taking this Court to the representation would seek to submit that petitioner is doing business in Bakery and eking his livelihood in the name `Sree Vigneshwara Juice and Condiments' for the last eight years. He is now sought to be evicted and therefore, he submitted a representation against such eviction. The representation is yet to be considered. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation would be

considered and proper orders would be passed in accordance with law. 4. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
