As seen from the said letter, it transpires that the District Educational Officer, who is the answering respondent has not called for an enquiry or explanation from the petitioner, as O.S.No.622 of 2021 is still pending before the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool and necessary action will be taken as per the orders of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool.
