Jain, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. R.M. Deka, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resource Department, Assam. By the instant application, a correction has been sought for so far as the description, including address and Division of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 are concerned. Shri Jain, learned counsel has submitted that due to inadvertence, in the connected writ petition, the descriptions of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 have been wrongly mentioned as: 4. The Superintending Engineer, Water Resources Department, North Lakhimpur, WR Circle, North Lakhimpur 5. Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Dhemaji, W.R. Division, Dhemaji. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to the aforesaid inadvertence, even in the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by this Court by which the connected writ petition was disposed of, incorrect description and addresse of the respondent nos.4 and 5 have been reflected. He has submitted that the correct description and address of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 should be as: Page No.# 3/3 4. The Superintending Engineer, Water Resources Department, Northern Assam, W.R. Circle, Guwahati-3 5. The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Goalpara WR Division, Goalpara. Ms. Deka, learned Standing Counsel, Water Resources submits that she would not have any serious objections to the prayer made. On perusal of the materials on record and upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that while presenting the connected writ petition, due to inadvertence, the respondent nos. 4 and 5 were wrongly described with incorrect addresses. Therefore, as noted above, the description and address of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 should be read as: 4. The Superintending Engineer, Water Resources Department, Northern Assam, W.R. Circle, Guwahati-3 5. The Executive Engineer, Water Resources Department, Goalpara WR Division, Goalpara. The IA accordingly stands disposed of.
