The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 118(2), 333, 352, 351(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Miss Jyotsana Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Koderma. 3. On 04.07.2025, at about 07:30 P.M., the petitioner alongwith co- accused persons went to the house of the informant and started assaulting the mother of the informant, due to which, she sustained grievous injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is specific allegation against the accused Kanchan Devi that she has inflicted knife blow on the person of the injured. It was further submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of assault against her. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Jyotsana Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Koderma in connection with Satgawan P.S.
