With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been transferred from Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Nalagarh to Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Kaza. His daughter aged about 1 year and 06 month is suffering from serious chronic disease of blood namely, Thalassemia. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, he is 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 permitted to make a representation to the respondents/competent authority, whereafter, the said respondents/competent authority be directed to decide the representation, to be made by him, in accordance with law, within time bound schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents/ competent authority, within a period of one week from today for the redressal of his grievances, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a further period of two weeks. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. Till the decision of the representation, Order dated 20.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.
