The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers : “ 1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order passed dated 11/07/2018 (Annexure P/1) passed in Criminal Revision no. 04/2016 by the learned 2nd Additional 3 Judge, Ramanujganj to A.S.J. Ramanujganj, District - Balrampur - Ramanujganj, arising out of order dated 27/11/2015 passed by learned S.D.O. - Ramanujganj in Misc. Criminal Case no. 04/2007, wherein the application filed by the petitioner under section 145 of Cr.P.C. has been rejected. 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass order for cancelling the order 27/11/2015 passed by learned S.D.O. - Ramanujganj in Misc. Criminal Case no. 04/2007. wherein the application filed by the petitioner under section 145 of Cr.P.C. has been rejected. Any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may think fit in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the due to efÒux of the petitioners have lost interest to pursue the matter, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 4.
