Heard the parties.
2. Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case. Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common
order.
3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 245/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191 (1), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 103(1), 109, 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 324(4), 324(5), 352, 351(2), 351(3) & 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
4. On 02.09.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., co-accused Mantu Gour and Kisan shot the son of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners were present at the place of occurrence but
there is no allegation of firing against them.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the deceased died due to fire arms injuries.
7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 245/2024.
