ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioners seek for the following reliefs:
“a. Quash the proceedings pending before the learned I Addl. C.J.M. Bengaluru in C.C.No.24992/2015 (Cr.No.81/2012) for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 r/w Section 37 of the Indian Penal Code insofar as it relates to the petitioners and b. Allow the petition and grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.”

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused Nos.8 and 10 submits that they have filed an application seeking discharge before the trial Court, which is not disposed even till today resulting in irreparable loss and injury to the petitioner. It is submitted that the present petition

may be disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the discharge application within a stipulated period of time.
3. The aforesaid submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the discharge application within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the same.
