Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1023 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 304(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of M/s. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 09.09.2024, at about 05:30 P.M., the informant was waylaid by unknown persons near Railway Over-bridge. Accused persons looted Rs. 1,35,000/- from him. 4. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the F.I.R., nor they were put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioners have got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioners on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of M/s. Tanvee, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 189 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1023 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.)
