Petitioner’s grievance is that his representation dated 18.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) seeking applicability of Inder Singh Thakur & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors., CWP No. 4830 of 2023, decided on 07.04.2025, has not been decided till date by the respondents/competent authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 within a time bound manner.
