The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 467/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352 & 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1A), & 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. On 27.11.2024 at about 9:00 A.M., petitioner alongwith thirteen other co-accused persons demolished the boundary wall of the informant. They also damaged a kiosk, which was at the place of occurrence. It is alleged that accused persons also assaulted the informant and opened fire. 4. It was submitted that nobody has sustained injury in this case. It was further submitted that occurrence has taken place due to land dispute. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Barhi P.S.
