The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 19.07.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 22118 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party no. 1 disclosing that the claim of the applicant has been decided by the District Level Committee by its order dated 27.11.2024. The order dated 27.11.2024 has also been annexed with the affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 27.11.2024 on merits before appropriate forum.
