Act, police station Mahila Thana, District Allahabad pending in the Court of A.C.J. (J.D.), 21, Allahabad with liberty to file afresh. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. The withdrawal application is allowed. Order on Application U/S 482 Since by a separate order, the withdrawal application for withdrawing the application has been allowed, thus, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
