Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 ( 2 ), 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3(5) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , all the accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted mother and wife of informant with lathi, danda and iron rod on account Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27084 of 2025(2) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 of which wife of informant died during course of treatment. 4.
