By way of the present petition the petitioner is seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 Issue a writ like Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the respondents to reconsider. 10.2 Quash the impugned order dated 30.05.2025 passed by the respondent 2 authority. 10.3 Direct, the respondents to reconsider the application of petitioner for allotment of land in light of Ex-serviceman welfare scheme. 10.4 Any other relief this court may deem fit and proper.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.05.2025 whereby the learned Court of Commissioner, Raipur Division upheld the order dated 29.07.2024 issued by the Collector, Raipur through which the petitioner’s application for allotment land for agricultural purposes was rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is alternate remedy available to the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the submissions of the counsel and perusing the records, since, there is an alternate remedy available to the petitioner, therefore the present petition is not maintainable. 6. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate forum. 7.
