This writ petition filed by the petitioner to quash the impugned caste rejection order dated 29.06.2021 passed by Tehsildar Bilari District Moradabad- respondent no. 4 and further direct the respondent no. 4 to pass order on the application pending before him since 09.09.2021. 3. The reason that has been provided in the impugned order is unsatisfactory. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with directing the Tehsildar Bilari District- Moradabad- respondent no. 4 to hear the petitioner once again and thereafter pass an order in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from date. 5.
