Heard Ms. Akanksha Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Prafull N. Bharat, learned Advocate General alongwith Mr. Shashank Thakur, learned Dy. Advocate General appearing for the respondents/ State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the undisputed amount due in lieu of the memo no. 3656/ SAC and 3658/ SAC dated 12.08.2002 (Annexure P/1) and agreement no. 92/DL and 93/DL, with interest to the petitioner within stipulated time; 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authorities to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time; 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner may kindly be passed.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 3 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 6.
