Case No. 182 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 117(2), 109, 132, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Shri Kishore Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. On 13.07.2024, the Pleader Commissioner had gone for measuring the land which was disputed by the petitioner and the Informant party. Petitioner and his family members assaulted the lawyer of the plaintiff who was present there. There is specific allegation against Kongress Mahatha and Parikshit Mahatha of assaulting the lawyer of the plaintiff on his private part and also by lathi, due to which, he sustained grievous injury. As far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that the petitioner tried to strangulate the lawyer appearing on behalf of the Informant. 4. Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the main allegation of assault is against Kongress Mahatha and Parikshit Mahatha. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Kishore Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Pindrajora P.S.
