The present application u/s 528 B.N.S,S. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 79 of 2022 (State Vs. Amarpal), arising out of Case Crime No.67 of 2022, under Sections 307, 326 I.P.C., P.S. Sahawar, District Kasganj, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 08.05.2024 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasganj. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file a appropriate bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
