Case of the petitioner is that he came to be transferred from Tirupati to HQ 26 INF DIV w.e.f. 29.07.2024 owing to his son’s 55% mental disability. It is contention of the petitioner that he has been transferred as AD(TRG), NCC, DTE J&K, Jammu on MS 3 Billet only after a lapse of ten months. According to the petitioner, he filed a number of representations to the respondents for sympathetic consideration in view of mental disability of his son, but same have not evoked any response. 02. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a request to the respondents to accord sympathetic consideration to the representations filed by the petitioner within a week’s time. 03.
