It appears that vide order dated 03.04.2025 in B.A. No. 1465 of 2025, the learned Special Judge was directed to conclude the trial within six months from the next date fixed for recording of the evidence. It has been reported that out of ten witnesses, six witnesses have been examined and as such, further time is required for conclusion of trial. 4.
