The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 297/2025 arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 71/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.- IX, Palamau. 3. On 18.04.2025 at about 3:00 A.M., co-accused Dilip Bhuiyan is alleged to have given several axe blows on brother of the informant namely Krishna Bhuiyan due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that as far as this petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to have helped the co-accused Dilip Bhuiyan in concealing the dead body of the deceased. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.- IX, Palamau in connection with S.T.
