The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 232 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 96, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S., in which she has stated that she was having love affairs with the petitioner and her grandfather married her elsewhere. When she returned to her parental house, she decamped away with the petitioner. 5. This is a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S.
