learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 14/2025, registered for the offences under Sections 316(2)/318(2)/338/336(2)/340(2)/62 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the wife of Shayam Sundar Bharti, who has opened the finance company and the amount has been transferred in the account of Shayam Sundar Bharti on the pretext that the money will be doubled in 12 months. He further submits that only the allegation against the petitioner is that she was looking the affairs of the said company. He then submits that apart from this, there is no other criminal case against the petitioner, which has been disclosed in para 10 of the petition.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of cheating the innocent persons.

5. Looking into the contents of the complaint petition, it transpires that the amount alleged has been transferred in the account of Shayam Sundar Bharti. Petitioner happened to be the wife of Shayam Sundar Bharti and she was also looking the affairs of the said company and the petitioner has not got criminal antecedent; I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra, in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 14/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
