Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Keeping in view the controversy and the petitioner being a Class-D Contractor, we are of the considered opinion that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lacs) be deposited by the petitioner in “The Chief Justice Disaster Relief Fund” to show his bonafide before we proceed to decide the matter. 2. Faced with this predicament, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to pursue this public interest litigation.
