At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a Civil Suit No. 47A/2022 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is pending consideration since the year 2022. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the case within a stipulated time. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that in view of limited prayer made by counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Agrawal, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. Second District REKHA SINGH 2 Judge Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa(Now Sakti) to make all endeavours to decide the Civil Suit No. 47A/2022 expeditiously. 4.
