Pursuant to Murat Singh versus State of H.P and others, CWP No. 20216/2025, decided on 20.12.2025, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 has placed on record copy of order dated 05.01.2026 deciding petitioner’s representation dated 27.11.2025 with the assurance that “Bank shall conduct the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) within a period of two months, subject to and after completion of all codal formalities required for conducting the DPC. It was further directed to complete the ACRs for last 03 years on or before 20.01.2026, positively.” In view of this office order dated 05.01.2026 placed on record by the respondents by way of compliance and taking note of assurance given therein, present proceedings are closed.
